Thank you for visiting mibeam.org.  We encourage you to take advantage of the many valuable adult abuse and neglect prevention training resources available for download that can be used for onsite training.  These materials are made possible and provided at no cost to long-term care providers, educators and presenters in the hope of empowering caregivers to prevent vulnerable adult abuse and neglect. Resources are available for use nationwide.

Individuals interested in learning more about onsite training should contact macombe2@charter.net.  Inquires regarding presentation or training opportunities outside of Michigan are also welcome.

BEAM

Since 1998, BEAM has served as a recognized leader in culture change advocacy, training and consulting. Due to funding limitations, BEAM is currently unable to respond to individual requests for culture change training or presentations. Organizations wishing to discuss potential grant projects or other opportunities focusing on culture change should contact our parent company, MPRO.

There is still much to be accomplished.  We encourage all caregivers and advocates to continue this important mission. Thank you to the many dedicated individuals and organizations that have helped to improve the quality of life for elders.
